Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only if the product has not been dispatched.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
- Once the product has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
- We only accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged or defective.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review your request and arrange for a replacement or exchange, if eligible.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Refunds are not applicable unless the ordered item is out of stock or cancellation is approved before dispatch.
- In case of a return for a damaged or defective product, a replacement will be issued. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval.
